I use positive affirmations when I first wake up, when I journal, when I’m standing in the shower using up all the hot water and not actually getting clean. Basically, whenever I take a mindful moment, I use an affirmation to center myself.
Positive affirmations work by raising your energy and vibration. I know I’ve said it before, but energy flows where attention goes. So focusing your attention on the positive will do wonders for your outlook!
